Unfortunately, www.true.co.ke only ships to Customers around Kenya. If your country isn’t covered yet, don’t worry – we are constantly expanding our efforts to reach our True fans all over the world. You can get in touch with us by Email and tell us which country we should start shipping to. Make sure you Tune into the True social on Facebook & Instagram pages to keep on top of news and updates.

True.co.ke ships to all customers around Kenya. We offer TRUE EXPRESS SHIPPING as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders (Only available for Customers around Nairobi CBD). TRUE EXPRESS SHIPPING is FREE within Nairobi on all orders over the value of Ksh 3,000 – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders valued below the Ksh 3,000 threshold, there is a Flat rate shipping charge depending on your Location. Same-Day Delivery cutoff time will be at 5.00PM Monday to Friday. For weekends or public holidays read below on Business Days & Holiday.

Free delivery for customers outside Nairobi will be unavailable on all merchandise orders. Once you've placed your order you'll be required to advise your preferred third party Shipping carrier to deliver your order. We may contact you either by Call or Text about the shipping carrier right after your order fulfillment.

Orders are typically processed for shipment the same day you place your order, it may take longer depending on our order volume. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package is delivered to you intact and on time by our delivery carrier. Just proceed with your order and we’ll do the rest.

Multiple Shipping Addresses.
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Business Days & Holiday.
All orders process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding weekends or public holidays. Nevertheless, we do attempt delivery on Saturdays. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. For example an order placed on Monday will arrive the same day or between Tuesday and Thursday. The same order placed on Friday would arrive between Saturday and Wednesday the following week.
Order Changes / Cancellations.
To serve you better, www.true.co.ke will begin to process your order immediately after you click the COMPLETE ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted before fulfillment. To change or cancel your order, Kindly Call us at: +254 (0) 794 867 363‬ or Email: info@true.co.ke before your order has been fulfilled.
For your own security, you won't be able to submit an order on True.co.ke if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn't match your credit card statement. True.co.ke requires you to enter the correct security code with every purchase.

True.co.ke makes every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order after contacting you via Call & Email/ Sms indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a back-order system.
