HOW TO USE

1. Use the fat side to apply the product to brows and the hair around the hairline.
2. Use the flat side to style and fix brows and edges.
3. Do not use on eyelashes.

Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (T & C Apply). Please note that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. To be eligible for a return, you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@true.co.ke to receive a return authorization and shipping instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect product. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. Please note that the refund amount will not include any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to most locations within Kenya. Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship your items within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and our order volume, but we generally expect orders to be delivered within 1-3 business days for local deliveries and 2-5 business days for other regions.

We currently offer free delivery within Nairobi for orders over KES 3,000. For orders below this amount or for deliveries outside Nairobi, shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.
